Name (user or real): Catlover(I only used the 1974 to get in here)

Favorite Vampire: I'm torn. It's either Bela Lugosi's Dracula or LaCroix from Forever Knight.

Favorite Vampire Movie: There have been so many and, thanks to Telemundo, I've seen them in more than one language. If I'm forced to choose, I have to go with Dracula starring Bela Lugosi because, in the end, every other vampire on the big screen is just imitating him.
"The children of the night. What... beautiful music they make."

(FYI: If you want to see comedy as it was intended to be - Campy and just a bit corny; Check out My Best Friend Is A Vampire.)

Favorite Vampire Book: The Diaries of the Family Dracul Trilogy by Jeanne Kalogridis

Favorite Vampire T.V. Show: Forever Knight

Favorite Genre of Fan Fiction: Slash, but I've been known to enjoy Het romance on occasion.

Favorite Pairing from Moonlight: . Mick/Beth

Was there a specific thing that got you into vampires? I think it was the taboo surrounding it. I grew up strict Catholic. When I was ten years old, I checked out one book on vampire lore from the public library and smuggled it into the house, hiding it in my armoire. I spent the next two years terrified of the rotating stack of vampire-centric books my Mother could stumble on to if she just picked up the winter coat that never seemed able to stay on a hanger.
